The Best Queso Dip

16 oz cubed Velveeta
1 can Hormel no bean chili
1/4 t cayenne
2 t paprika
1 t salt
1 Tb chili powder
2 t cumin
1 cup half and half
1 lime, juiced
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low heat until melted and warm, 2 hours. Or you could cook 1 hour on high. Serve with tortilla chips
