Eggs Benedict Quiche

  • Frozen deep dish pie crust

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup half and half

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

  • 2 chopped scallions

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss and gruyere

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan

  • 5 ounces chopped Canadian bacon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees


Throughly whisk eggs with half and half.


Stir in dry seasoning, chives, scallions, cheese and chopped Canadian bacon.


Pour into pie crust.


Bake 55 minutes.


Cool 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm Hollandaise sauce.
