Smoked Salmon Bagel

  • 4 ounces spreadable cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped chives

  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh minced parsley

  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped dill seed

  • pinch sea salt

  • 1/2 tablespoon milk

  • 8 ounces thin sliced Atlantic smoked salmon

  • Half of an English cucumber, very thinly sliced

  • Red onion, thinly sliced

  • 4 bagels, sliced in half


Prepare cream cheese a few hours before you plan to serve to flavors merry.

In a small bowl whip room temp cream cheese with herbs, salt and milk. Cover and chill until later.

When ready to eat, toast bagels. Spread cream cheese on both sides. Top with a few sliced onions, cucumbers and 2 ounces salmon. Place top of bagel over and enjoy!


Makes 4 salmon bagels.
