Skinny BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

2 Flatout Multigrain Flatbreads
1/2 cup Sweet Baby Rays Bbq sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
8 oz grilled chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 thinly sliced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a pizza baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
Evenly spread 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each flatbread.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top of each.
Put a sliced onion over cheese then top each flatbread with 4 oz grilled chicken.
Pour last tablespoon BBQ in a small sandwich bag, cut the very tip off bag and use bag to drizzle sauce over the flatbread. Do it with the other flatbread too.
Bake for 6-7 minutes. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and cut into fourths
Serving size 1/2 flat bread. Makes 4 servings
