Shitballs!

  • 1  3/4 cups white sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 3 cups 1 minute quick-cooking oats

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa.

Bring to a full rolling boil, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes (set timer after it is full on boiling).

Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.

Immediately drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. I use an ice cream scoop and press into the scoop and it will form perfect formed ball.


Let cool until hardened- one hour.
