  • 1 (28 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained (buy a nice brand- San marazno or Muir Glen organic)

  • 2 (10 oz) can Rotel original diced tomatoes with chile’s, drained

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 1 large quartered onion

  • 1 seeded sliced jalopeno

  • 1/2 c chopped cilantro

  • 3/4 t sea salt

  • 1/2 t cumin

  • 1/8 t pepper

  • 1/4 t sugar

  • 3/8 t chili powder

  • 1/4 t smoked paprika

  • One lime, juiced


Pulse all ingredients in blender for 30 seconds
