1 (28 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained (buy a nice brand- San marazno or Muir Glen organic)
2 (10 oz) can Rotel original diced tomatoes with chile’s, drained
5 cloves garlic
1 large quartered onion
1 seeded sliced jalopeno
1/2 c chopped cilantro
3/4 t sea salt
1/2 t cumin
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t sugar
3/8 t chili powder
1/4 t smoked paprika
One lime, juiced
Pulse all ingredients in blender for 30 seconds
