2 slices Aunt Millie's Seeded Rye
1 Tb spreadable butter
2 slice Sargento Swiss Cheese
3 oz thin sliced deli corned beef
1/4 c sauerkraut
3 Tb Thousand Island dressing
Heat sandwich maker to medium high and spray with pam. If you don’t have one you can use a griddle.
Butter two slices of the bread.
Spread dressing on one of the two slices of rye. (Non buttered side)
Top with one slice cheese, 3 oz corned beef and 1/4 c sauerkraut, one more slice cheese and remaining bread slice.
Cook until lightly golden and cheese is melted. 5-6 min or if using a griddle 5 min per side.
