Reese’s Monster Pudding Cookies

3/4 cup softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy natural honey peanut butter
2 eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
2 1/4 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3.4 oz package jello vanilla pudding mix (powder only)
1 cup Reese’s pieces
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup Reese’s baking chips
Preheat the oven to 350.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl sift flour, baking soda, salt and pudding mix. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat butter until creamy. Add peanut butter and sugars.
Continue to beat on medium speed and add eggs one by one and then honey and vanilla extract.
Stir in chocolate chips, reeeses baking chips and pieces.
Using a tablespoon scoop 2 inch balls out of bowl and roll with your hand.
Space them 2 inches apart and very lightly flatten tops of balls.
Bake for 11 minutes or until just turning gold along bottoms.
Let rest on hot baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to wire cooling sheet.
