3 large tomatoes (1 1/2 cups) chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 jalapeño, deveined, deseeded and minced
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cumin (to taste)
pinch salt (to taste)
In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice cumin and salt. Stir to combine, then cover and chill for a few hours to let flavors merry before serving.
