My Favorite Summer Salad

  • 3 ounces grilled chicken, cubed

  • 2 ounces mixed spring greens

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil

  • 1/3 ounce crumbled sun dried tomato, basil and herb goat cheese (Aldi!)

  • 1/2 ounce sliced red onion

  • 2 ounces sliced strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds

  • 3/4 ounce chopped avocado

  • 2 tablespoons bolthouse farms basalmic dressing


In a covered bowl toss everything but avocado. Take the lid off the bowl and gently add the chopped avocado to your salad.

This is filling enough for dinner or lunch.
