Lamb Hummus Pizza

6 oz ground lamb
1 t extra virgin olive oil
1.5 c chopped onion
1 Tb minced garlic
1.5 t cumin
1/2 t oregano
3/8 t kosher salt
1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 c water
1/2 c seeded diced tomato
1.5 Tb fresh lemon juice
1/2 c hummus
1/4 c minced cilantro
1 Tb toasted pine nuts
1 package (2 flatbreads) Original Stonefire Naan
Preheat broiler to high with rack on top.
Heat nonstick saucepan over medium high. Add lamb and cook 5-6 minutes or until browned.
Remove with slotted spoon and set aside.
Add oil to pan and sauté onion 4 minutes. Add garlic through the next 4 ingredients and sauté 1 more minute.
Stir in water and tomato. Cook 2 minutes.
Stir in lamb and cover. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 4 minutes.
Squeeze your fresh lemon juice in.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer all this to a bowl.
Broil flatbread by itself 1 minute per side.
Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each one and top each with lamb mixture and sprinkle cilantro and pine nuts over each.
Cut each flatbread into 4 squares.
