Hummus

2 cans chick peas, drain but save 1/2 c of the liquid to thin out hummus as needed
A little less than 1/3 cup tahini
5 Tb fresh lemon juice
3/4 t sea salt
1/2 t cumin
1/8 t cayenne
4 cloves garlic
1 Tb extra virgin olive oil
Sweet paprika and fresh minced parsley for topping
In a large food processor pulsate everything but chick pea liquid, paprika and parsley until smooth. Add liquid to thin a little at a time. Sprinkle with toppings.
