Homemade Peanut Butter

  • 1 (16 ounce) jar dry roasted peanuts

  • 1/2 tablespoon canola oil

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

  • 3/8 teaspoon sea salt


In a food processor, pulse nuts, honey and salt for 5 minutes until creamy.

Add oil and pulse 4 minutes more. Thickens slightly upon cooling.

Store in fridge for a longer shelf life. You will never buy Jif again.
