Grilled Cheese Chicken Cordon Bleu

  • 2 slices sourdough bread

  • 1 tablespoon spreadable butter

  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 1/2 ounces rotisserie chicken lunch meat

  • 1 1/2 ounces thin sliced honey ham lunch meat

  • 2 slices Swiss cheese


Heat griddle to medium high.


Butter both sides of bread. Spread mayo on one side and mix in dijon. Layer chicken, ham, chicken, cheese then the last bread slice.

Grill 2 minutes a side or until golden brown.
