Greek Lamb Burgers

1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c chopped flat leaf parsley
2 t minced garlic
1 t grated lemon rind
1/2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/8 t ground cumin
8 oz ground lamb
8 oz 90% lean ground sirloin
4 hamburger buns
1/4 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 Tb crumbled feta cheese
1 Tb finely chopped mint
1 t lemon juice
1 c baby arugula
Combine the first 9 ingredients in a bowl.
Divide this into 4 equal 1/2″ thick patties.
Heat a grill over medium high. Coat with pam.
Grill 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from grill.
Grill hamburger buns cut sides down, 1 minute.
Combine greek yogurt, cheese, mint and juice in small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Place burger patties on bottom hamburger bun, top evenly with feta yogurt mixture, arugula then top half of bun.
