Golden Graham S’mores

  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 9 cups golden graham cereal


Grease a 9x13 baker.

Heat syrup, butter and chocolate over medium high heat until boiling, stirring constantly.


Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour over cereal in a large bowl and toss until coated.

Fold in marshmallows, one cup at a time.

Gently press cereal mixture into pan with back of greased spoon.


Let stand one hour and then cut into squares.
