Everything Bagels

2 cups (10 ounces) all purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder (make sure it is newer and hasn’t been sitting in your pantry for ten years or these will not rise)
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups plain non fat Greek yogurt (must be greek!)
2 egg whites beaten
Everything bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 375.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
In a large bowl whisk flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add the yogurt and mix with a fork until well combined, it will look like small crumbles.
Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl, knead the dough a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky, about 15 turns.
Divide into 8-9 equal balls. (3 ounces each)
Roll each ball into 3/4-inch thick ropes and join the ends to form bagels. Dip your finger tips in a little water and pat together it they seem dry.
Top with egg wash and sprinkle top with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake on the top rack of the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting with serrated knife.
