Big Mac Sloppy Joes

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1/2 yellow onion (finely chopped)

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon steak seasoning

  • 1/4 cup hamburger pickles (chopped)

Big Mac Sauce:

  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons French dressing

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dill relish

  • 3/4 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1/16 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 8 hamburger buns ((with seeds))

  • 4 slices American cheese

  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce (shredded)

  • 8 hamburger pickle chips

Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.


Brown ground beef in a large nonstick skillet.


Halfway during cooking add diced onion, salt and pepper and cook until beef is browned.


Drain grease and return skillet to oven.


Over medium low heat stir in Worcestershire and chopped pickles and cook 2 minutes.


Stir in half of your prepared Big Mac sauce (5 ounces). Remove from heat once warmed.


To assemble Big Macs:

  1. Bun bottom

  2. Sauce

  3. Lettuce

  4. American Cheese

  5. Meat

  6. Bun Bottom

  7. Sauce

  8. Lettuce

  9. Pickles

  10. Meat

  11. Bun Top
