Curried Chicken Salad with Apples, Walnuts and Cranberries

1 rotisserie chicken, skinned and shredded or 3 cups shredded chicken breast
1/2 c light mayonnaise
1 container (1/2 c) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 t fresh lemon juice
1 t curry powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t black pepper
1/2 c crushed walnuts
2 oz diced honeycrisp apple
2 oz diced granny Smith apples
1/2 c (60 g) dried cranberries or cherries
2 stalks diced celery
Whisk together mayo, yogurt and lemon juice in a large bowl. Stir in spices. Stir in walnuts, cranberries, apples and celery. Stir in shredded chicken. Serve alone or on wheat bread.
