Creamy Mashed Potatoes

2 pounds peeled and cubed yukon gold potatoes
4 cloves minced garlic
3/4 cup half and half
1/2 cup unsated butter 1/2 teaspoon salt
Bring potatoes and minced garlic to a boil, boil until fork tender-15 minutes.
Use ricer to mash potatoes. Set aside.
In a small saucepan melt butter with half and half.
Slowly mix it in with potatoes until you get desired consistency. Stir in salt.
