Classic Tuna Fish Salad

15 ounces tuna in water, throughly drained
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
couple pinches paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup diced celery
In a medium bowl whisk the mayo with red wine vinegar, lemon juice and dry seasonings.
Stir in the parsley, red onion and celery.
Finally use a fork to fold in the tuna.
Makes 5 servings (3.4 ounces each)
