Classic Tuna Fish Salad

  • 15 ounces tuna in water, throughly drained

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise

  • 3/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • couple pinches paprika

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley

  • 1/2 cup minced red onion

  • 1/2 cup diced celery


In a medium bowl whisk the mayo with red wine vinegar, lemon juice and dry seasonings.


Stir in the parsley, red onion and celery.

Finally use a fork to fold in the tuna.

Makes 5 servings (3.4 ounces each)
