Cheesecake Fruit Salad

  • 3.4 ounce box cheesecake pudding mix

  • 2 (6 ounces each) containers yoplait low fat strawberry yogurt

  • 1 1/2 containers (12 ounces) thawed cool whip

  • 1 cup strawberries halved

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup blackberries

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks


In a large mixing bowl add yogurt, pudding mix and whipped topping and whisk together.  Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until you are about to serve the salad.


Right before serving add berries and stir gently to combine.


Serve cold.
