Broccoli, Cheddar and Ham Quiche

  • 1 frozen deep dish pie crust

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups half and half

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked diced ham

  • 1 cup cooked small broccoli florets

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar


Preheat oven to 375.

Cook frozen pie crust for ten minutes.

In a large bowl whisk eggs with half and half, salt and pepper. Stir in ham, broccoli and cheddar.

Pour into pie crust.

Reduce oven temperature to 350.

Bake quiche 55 minutes or until lightly golden and set.
