Bisquick Quiche

  • 1 package breakfast sausage cooked, crumbled, drained

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded mixed cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar, mild cheddar and sharp white cheddar)

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups half-and-half

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix

  • Toppings- Sour cream, chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place sausage in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan; top with onions and cheese.


Beat eggs, half-and-half, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt, pepper and baking mix with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese.


Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 8 squares. Add toppings.
