Asian Chicken Wraps

2 Tb teriyaki
2 Tb creamy peanut butter
1 t sesame oil
1 Tb hot water
2 Tb (16 g) unsalted chopped peanuts
1 oz shredded carrots
Shredded lettuce
2 flatout wraps
4 oz oven roasted thinly sliced chicken breast lunch meat
In a small bowl whisk together peanut butter, teriyaki, oil and hot water.
Spread 2 Tb of sauce over each of the two wraps.
Sprinkle each with chopped peanuts, chicken, shredded carrots and lettuce.
Roll up and slice.
Makes 2 wraps.
