Air Fryer French Fries

  • 1 pound peeled russet potatoes cut into 1/4 inch strips

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil


Soak fries in super cold water for a minimum of an hour. This removes starch allowing fries to become more crispy.

Drain and throughly dry fries.


Preheat air fryer to 375 F.

Coat fries in oil and then throw them in a gallon bag with the seasonings. Seal bag and shake to coat.


Cook fries 15-20 minutes or until crispy make sure to shake air fryer rack every 5 minutes or so.
