Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 (6 ounce) box stove stop chicken stuffing- prepared as instructed with water and margarine
1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Pinot Grigio wine
2 cups cooked diced ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 cups tiny broccoli florets (have to be smaller so they cook in the oven!)
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Set aside.
Mix soup, wine and mustard in medium bowl; stir in chicken, broccoli and ham.
Spoon into 3 qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with cheese and then sprinkle on the stuffing.
Bake 40 minutes.
